Hours of Work: 37.5 hours per week - Monday - Friday 09:00-17:00 with some flexibility


Project Description
We have an excellent opportunity for someone as a People Partner working with our Managers and employees.


We are looking for:

Someone who has some experience in the HR profession

  • You should have good attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Experience of ER work
  • A good problem solver
  • Excellent skills in building relationships
  • An interest in developing people
  • Level 5 CIPD qualified or equivalent

Purpose of Role


To be responsible for the proactive management of People solution services across your designated areas of the organisation the role is responsible for, building and nurturing a partnership relationship with key stakeholders, both at management and employee level in all areas.

To provide coaching and mentoring to managers whilst maintaining a psychologically informed approach to people solutions.

To develop a positive, caring and compliant work experience and culture for Wallich people at all stages of the employee lifecycle.
