We are looking for a dynamic Clinic Manager to join our clinic based in St Paul's, London.


ROLE PURPOSE


The Team Leader will support the Clinic Manager who is accountable for championing the delivery of the core values of CREATE Fertility, delivering a high-quality service and achieving financial targets and KPIs.


ROLE REQUIREMENTS

The key responsibilities are as follows:

  • Providing direction and guidance to all members of staff
  • Understanding the strengths and weaknesses of team members
  • Organising tasks and setting KPIs
  • Solving problems and resolving conflicts
  • Ensuring all patients are managed effectively through the Create patient journey and that all activities are carried out in accordance with HFEA requirements
  • Creating a productive work environment for the team using trust and other appropriate strategies
  • Assessing team performance and providing feedback to employees
  • Assisting with hiring and training employees
  • Assisting with the daily operation of the organisation
  • Implementing and managing a robust processes in clinic, monitoring performance, reporting on progress and developing contingency plans when required.
  • Ensuring that the service provides excellent patient experience with early intervention when issues occur
  • Optimise the efficient use of staff, facilities, equipment, supplies, consumables and support service to meet budgeted capacity targets and cycle sales.
  • Effectively lead and manage the clinic support and admin teams to ensure a consistent delivery of highquality service and performance.
  • Providing teams with information about recent developments, programmes and policy changes of management

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Ideally educated to degree level and have a minimum of three years Management experience gained within either the Private Health, Beauty / Spa, Hospitality, Retail or Service sectors.
  • Strong empathetic skills are essential.
  • Experience of working within a target driven and fast paced environment.
  • A positive 'can do' attitude that can handle change and challenge.
  • Drive, determination and ability to overcome ambiguity and the daily challenges of 'management'.
  • Proven people management skills, capable of building and leading high performing teams.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • A good understanding of statutory policies such as HR and Health and Safety
  • Experience of CQC policies and procedures is a distinct advantage.
  • Genuine desire to help patients and make a difference to people's lives

Salary:
£34,000.00-£36,000.00 per year
