Duties will include:

Drive change through reviewing current systems and suggesting necessary improvements rolling these out across the department.
Lead on horizon scanning to highlight areas for improvement.
Design training for system users and run workshops to deliver the training.
Work closely with Executives throughout the charity on financial strategies and key decisions ensuring systems allow these objectives to be met.
Continuously review systems and develop capability and user knowledge.
Drive value for money and efficiency.
Oversee risk management ensuring financial risks are mitigated.
Act as trusted advisor to the wider organisation answering complex accounting queries.
Encourage a culture of constant development and drive a high performing team environment.

This permanent Finance Business Partner - Systems vacancy is the perfect opportunity for someone with several years' experience in a systems focused role and extensive experience of using ERP and Cloud systems.

This position can be offered on a fully remotebasis.
