Customer Support Advisor

We are working on behalf of a leading energy supplier, to recruit for a Customer Support Advisor on a permanent basis.

The role will be part time 2 1⁄2 days per week will be hybrid. The Customer Support Advisor role will be based in Airport Port Road in Belfast.

Your new role as a Customer Support Advisor will include:

Provide clear, informative, and expert advice to customers
Resolve any problems that the customer is having and identify any issues
Showing empathy to customers at all times
Updating any customer information
Ensuring that all admin and reporting is conducted to strict deadlines and in accordance with the required processes and procedures
Manage calls relating to customer queries in a professional and efficient manner

What you'll need to succeed as a Customer Support Advisor

Strong administrator, proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM with the ability to multitask
Relevant customer service experience with a proven track record
Excellent phone manner and the ability to resolve assigned queries in relation to customer accounts, services and bills
Ability to work effectively using own initiative, good planning and organisation skills
Must demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills with a focus on attention to detail
Ability to work under pressure and manage priorities
