RSA are currently adapting a hybrid model, so this is a fantastic opportunity for someone who relishes the opportunity of working not only on site within our Halifax office but also having the opportunity to work from home
The salary for this role is up to £35,000 depending on experience.
Key Responsibilities
- As a Team Leader you will motivate and develop your team to deliver excellent customer service, bringing to life the brand values of Intact and our partners and handle claims in line with the claims proposition
- You will spend your time guiding and coaching your team to achieve targets, manage performance expectations and guiding your direct reports to get things right first time every time to meet their defined KPIs
- Working as part of a leadership team to deliver a culture of continuous improvement
- You will deal with performance issues and recognise and reward high performance
- Taking a lead on and adapting to changing regulatory requirements that will impact your role and being an advocate for and effectively represent the product governance processes
- Embedding employee engagement, building robust and ongoing plans to continuously achieve a highly motivated and committed team
The Individual
- Experience driving an environment where people are inspired to deliver excellent customer satisfaction
- You will have experience of guiding and developing a team to deliver a highperformance culture and creating good relationships with your team and your leadership team colleagues
- Driving customer satisfaction and first contact resolution
- Developing and managing teams to deliver against specified targets, including taking action to address performance issues and coaching to develop
- Working collaboratively with other team leaders to implement change to deliver against the business needs
