Description
We are seeking a capable, credible, and confident individual who possesses expertise in all aspects of marketing automation and is prepared to lead its utilization within a team of varying skill levels.
In this senior and strategically significant position, you will take the lead in implementing customer journeys with the goal of personalizing and automating millions of digital interactions to drive e-commerce and generate inbound leads for sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- _Manage the use of HubSpot throughout the organization, including training and skill development for the wider team._
- _Lead efforts to drive automated sales (e-commerce) and generate leads for inside sales._
- _Develop personalized and targeted nurture campaigns._
- _Collaborate with the introduction of new technologies into the tech stack to enhance the customer's user journey._
- _Create and monitor practices for customer lifetime value (CLTV) across their journey and customize user journeys accordingly._
- _Establish best practices for campaign data selection and oversee data uploads._
- _Monitor, report, and generate insights and optimizations based on KPI metrics along the user journey._
- _Support the development of marketing and sales processes for new products._
- _Establish and maintain system governance and a change board to ensure consistency of the marketing system across the organization._
- _Uphold data governance and always adhere to best practices._
Qualifications:
- _5+ years of hands-on experience working with HubSpot (preferred) or a similar marketing automation system daily._
- _Significant experience in demand generation and e-commerce marketing._
- _Understanding of CRM systems._
- _Proficiency in building sophisticated programs and reports, including lead scoring and nurture campaigns._
- _Technologically literate._
- _Motivated to improve processes and enhance the customer journey._
- _Data-driven approach to marketing._
- _Strong analytical skills._
- _Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams._
- _Strong influencing and negotiation skills with the ability to drive change._
- _Experience with data visualization tools would be advantageous._

Job Types:

Salary:
£70,000.00-£75,000.00 per year
