Permanent, Full Time 40 hours per week (Monday - Friday Shift pattern 8.30am - 5.30pm)

Salary:
£25,000 per annum plus potential bonus and excellent companywide benefits


Position Summary
We are currently recruiting for an exciting opportunity for a Warehouse Operative. Reporting directly to the Warehouse Shift Manager, you will be working for the world's largest food & drink manufacturer with some of the worlds most loved Supplement brands, think Solgar, Nature's Bounty, Vital Proteins, Minami and more


Working within Tring warehouse the Warehouse Associate will have the responsibility of ensuring orders placed by customers are picked/packed and shipped as accurately and efficiently as possible.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual looking to develop their experience within a warehouse/logistics function.


A day in the life of a Warehouse Associate


As a Warehouse Associate you will work flexibly as a member of a team to deliver performance and results within our Tring fulfilment centre.

You will work safely to defined systems of work and standard routines, ensuring quality and pick accuracy is achieved to deliver the required internal and external customer requirements.


Further responsibilities include:

  • Pick and pack orders for our domestic and international markets whilst complying with set KPI's.
  • Be responsible for your own Health and Safety and the safety of others working on site, always adhere to safe working practices and site regulations.
  • Work flexibly to cover other delegated responsibilities to meet business needs and to keep the fulfilment centre running as efficiently as possible.
  • Ensure that the levels of cleanliness and housekeeping within the operation are maintained
  • Work with a continuous improvement mindset to support an efficient and effective working environment.

What will make you successful

  • Prior experience working in a warehouse/logistic/supply chain role is desirable but not essential
  • Previous experience working within a team environment
  • An ability to communicate effectively with colleagues at all levels
  • Experience working to specific safety standards and guidelines to promote safe working practices
