Pay is the National Living Wage from £10.42 per hour at age 23, plus a company bonus is paid on satisfactory completion of six months probation.

£21,673.30 for a 40 hour week starting. 23 days annual leave plus bank holidays.


Job Responsibilities:

• Provide engineering information/data and solutions by answering questios and requests from colleagues and customers.
• Provide technical assistance to customers using our CoffeeSafe portal.
• Contribute to the development of reports and auditing by studying customer requirements and soliciting observations from examination engineers.
• Check the reports input to the Mandate Solutions portal and ensure this has been done correctly with any remedial action taken.
• Participate in staff development and training to maintain professional and technical knowledge.
• Implement and promote Equality and Diversity policy.
• Respond to customer enquiries and complaints.
• Contribute to the review and update of health and safety policies and ensure they are observed.
• Check that data protection laws are being adhered to in relation to the storage of data and review and update policies.
• To work as part of the team to develop the business.
• To deputise in the absence of the Gemeral Manager and Managing Director to provide product information and solutions. To liaise with the Quality Assurance engineer to ensure relevant advice is given.
• Support contact for individual customers, carrying out customer review meetings via telephone, Webex platform and face to face.
• Contribute, where appropropriate towards the delivery of IOSH training on site as necessary.
• Contribute to the housekeeping aspects of the Mandate Solutions' premises.
• Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops and reviewing professional publication.
• Anything else that could be a reasonable part of this post

Skills:

Requirements - Health and safety knowledge, practical engineering ability would be an advantage, analysis, numeracy, skilled computer literacy, presenting technical knowledge, ability to deliver training, quality focus, general consulting skills, good written and oral communication.
