Description
Responsibilities:
- Perform general maintenance tasks including repairs, installations, and troubleshooting.
- Supervise maintenance staff and provide leadership when necessary.
- Provide excellent customer service to address maintenance requests and inquiries.
Skills:
- Understanding of central heating systems, laundry equipment and hot & cold water systems
- Knowledge of current Health & Safety regulations
- Excellent customer service skills to effectively communicate with clients and address their maintenance needs.
- Ability to read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and diagrams.
- Strong leadership skills to supervise maintenance staff when required.
- Proficient in English language for effective communication.
- Basic Plumbing and Electrical Knowledge required.
- Experience in hospitality industry required
