In the UK alone, 100,000 people have a stroke every year; and there are currently 1.3 million stroke survivors in the UK.

What is absolutely critical in the treatment of strokes, is the identification and subsequent efficient surgery.

Accurate and timelysurgical decisions will lead to an increased chance of survival and an increased chance of a full recovery.

AI can be used to aid this.

SciPro are proud to be partnering with Brainomix to assist in several key hires following their £16m series B funding.

Brainomix is an award-winning software as a medical device company which has a group of AI products, its mostrenowned is their E-Stroke product.

They are also developing products for Interstitial Lung Disease and solid tumors diagnostics for cancer.
We are hiring for both senior and mid level front end developers. You will have a proven record of writing production-quality user-facing code using modern web technologies.

This is an exciting opportunity as this position involves making key technology decisionsand supporting the development of new products based on our AI-powered medical image processing platform.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading the development of frontend software components in the Brainomix software platform
  • Provide mentoring and guidance to other members of the frontend team
  • Extend the software platform's user interface, to support new products and technologies,
which have been devised by the research team.

  • Create new and innovative user interface designs and features
  • Work efficiently, independently, and communicate progress to the rest of the software development team.
Your skills

  • Relevant degree in computing, digital design, engineering or equivalent, or significant rele
  • Significant experience working with the React JavaScript framework in a production environment
  • Excellent eye for detail
  • Experience of working in a modern software engineering environment
  • Understanding of responsive UI design for mobile and web
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • A desire to lead a small team of developers and work with other teams across the company
