Description

We are looking to appoint a band 6 Mental Health Practitioner; any person with a current professional registration with an approved professional body may apply.


The role is supported by an Advanced Nurse Practitioner and the other members of the multi-agency support services to focus on opportunities available for people who experience homelessness, rough sleeping and the challenges associated with this.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering evidence based mental health interventions and can support people to achieve their full potential.

Experience working with vulnerable individuals, who may have experienced trauma and live with substance misuse is essential.
