We are an expanding manufacturing Company based in the West Midlands, we are currently seeking a full time Sales Administrator to join our team.
Key responsibilities
To deal promptly with Customer enquiries, providing quotations using a pricing matrix and entering orders, progress Customer outstanding orders, chase Suppliers on outstanding purchase orders and prices.
excellent communication skills
Strong IT skills with a knowledge of Sage 50 and Microsoft office (sage 50 training will be given)
Must be able to work as part of a team but also show the skills to be able to work unattended
Main tasks
Processing orders using Sage 50
answering the telephone and dealing with Customer enquiries and raising quotes from the enquiries
Liaising with Suppliers about prices, queries/orders
Liaising with office and warehouse staff members and helping with admin duties
Working hours 08.30 am to 17.00pm Monday to Thursday 08.30am to 16.00pm Friday
1 hour lunch (36.5 hours)
Salary:
£20,000.00-£21,500.00 per year
