Description
VNA Recruitment are currently seeking Grounds Maintenance Operatives to join our clients team.

As a Grounds Maintenance Operative, you will be responsible for maintaining and caring for parks and open spaces around Enfield.

This is a hands-on role.


Duties:


  • Perform landscape maintenance tasks such as mowing, trimming, and edging lawns
  • Prune trees, shrubs, and hedges to maintain their shape and health
  • Maintain garden beds by weeding, mulching, and removing debris
  • Operate power tools and equipment such as lawn mowers, trimmers, and blowers
  • Use hand tools such as shovels, rakes, and pruners for various gardening tasks

Qualifications:


  • Previous experience in grounds maintenance or garden maintenance preferred
  • Familiarity with power tools used in landscaping
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
  • Physical stamina to perform manual labor in various weather conditions
  • Excellent time management skills to complete tasks within deadlines
