An opportunity has arisen to work as an Administrator for the expanding Complex Discharge Team

We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team.


To provide a comprehensive secretarial and quality administrative service to support and develop the administration of a professional specialist service, using initiative to prioritise and manage workload.


To provide the first point of contact for the complex discharge Team, liaising with clients, carers, professionals, Trust departments, suppliers and others contacting the Team and deal with these requests appropriately.


To utilise knowledge of IT skills, contributing to high quality data assimilation in relation to referral information, caseload management, resource management, audit and other service development initiatives thereby contributing to the continued development and effectiveness of the service.

To provide support to Discharge Team Leaders and nurses in all aspects of administration, secretarial tasks and financial/data reports.
