Due to unprecedented growth, we are now seeking an *Operations Manager* to join our Lincolnshire team who deliver New house build, Commercial property and end of tenancy cleans.

*What do we require from you?

  • You will have previous Project Management/Operations Management experience, preferably within the construction cleaning or Industrial cleaning sectors.
  • You will possess strong organisational skills and be able to demonstrate this through expression of working processes you use to Manage your work
  • You will be able to engage with Colleagues and clients in a positively influential way to achieve what you need to
  • You will have good experience in industrial cleaning or Managing New Build cleans that can be strongly referenced by past employers.
  • You must live within a 1.5hour max drive from Lincoln.
  • You will be highly ambitious, committed and looking for a role that will grow and develop into something larger quickly.
  • You will be able to demonstrate the ability to motivate your line reports, whilst driving and sustaining strong performance standards for clients
  • You will be able to actively promote our services at all opportunities, surveying and quoting for new work also being a key part of the role.
  • You will have knowledge on construction Health & Safety procedures as it is vital to keep our workforce safe.
