Due to unprecedented growth, we are now seeking an *Operations Manager* to join our Lincolnshire team who deliver New house build, Commercial property and end of tenancy cleans.

Salaried: Competitive with a Company van provided the role being to head up the current day to day operational teams, whilst having significant potential for promotion and increased remuneration as you support us in growing the business.
This is a very stable position, the opportunity presenting itself rarely in our Industry.
You will receive a company van and a fuel card.
4 weeks holiday per year, bank holidays.
Extensive training in the role, and strong developmental support, reporting directly into the Operations Director.
Permanent, fulltime role.
This will be an opportunity to develop your own role and career in a small but rapidly expanding business.

*What do we require from you?

You will have previous Project Management/Operations Management experience, preferably within the construction cleaning or Industrial cleaning sectors.
You will possess strong organisational skills and be able to demonstrate this through expression of working processes you use to Manage your work
You will be able to engage with Colleagues and clients in a positively influential way to achieve what you need to
You will have good experience in industrial cleaning or Managing New Build cleans that can be strongly referenced by past employers.
You must live within a 1.5hour max drive from Lincoln.
You will be highly ambitious, committed and looking for a role that will grow and develop into something larger quickly.
You will be able to demonstrate the ability to motivate your line reports, whilst driving and sustaining strong performance standards for clients
You will be able to actively promote our services at all opportunities, surveying and quoting for new work also being a key part of the role.
You will have knowledge on construction Health & Safety procedures as it is vital to keep our workforce safe.
