Description
We have an exciting opportunity for a Client Partner to join our Client Services team here at UNRVLD. You will be managing a portfolio of high profile, aspirational brands so experience working with million-pound+ contracts is essential.


As a Client Partner at UNRVLD you will use your domain competencies in either Commerce, Customer Experience (CX) or Technology platform expertise, to develop a deep understanding of your clients and develop growth plans for them.

Performing at a more strategic level than operational account management, you will provide value-add and insight, actively contributing to digital roadmaps, stretching client ambition and unlocking spend and removing obstacles anchored around ROI.

It is expected this role will be highly visible with clients with expectation of frequent on-site and in-person communication.


Role Responsibilities:


  • Meeting or exceeding revenue and profit targets for both your team and your own assigned accounts
  • Elevate strategic value by maintaining and cultivating senior relationships within your accounts to ensure healthy strategic partnerships.
  • Ensure we have outcome focused relationships for clients with active live products and services in the market. Formalised meetings should be encouraged and fulfilled.
  • Work on more complex client problems helping to realise greater business impact for our clients.
  • Actively seek out, cross sell and upsell opportunities to Increase the breadth of services we offer on each account (e.g. Strategy, Experience Design, Development, IM, ALM, SEO, CRO and Data services)
  • Ensure strong commercial foundations for your accounts, ensure that work has contractual coverage in terms of MSA, SOW and Data Processing; ensure that the agency team meets contractual obligations.

Experience Required:


  • Considerable experience in a Senior Account Management / Client Partner role
  • Experience working in an Agency who offers a supply of digital services
  • An understanding or experience working with Digital Experience Platforms such as Contentful, Sitecore and/or Optimizely
  • Experienced working with high profile clients managing millionpound contracts
  • Proven experience in managing and growing account base
  • Evidence of sound, commercially led recommendations and decisions on your accounts
  • The mindset to go above and beyond client expectations and consistently lead by example
  • Seniorlevel relationship management
