Office Angels are excited to be supporting a highly regarded company with their latest recruitment. They are looking for an Operations Analyst to join their friendly team, based in Milton Keynes.


DUTIES:


  • Identify and develop Operations metrics, tracking key costs to identify opportunity for cost savings.
  • Reconcile operational transnational costs against 3rd party invoicing.
  • Identify project requirements, analysing operations, determining project scope and documenting results.
  • Lead Sales and Operations planning and reporting.
  • Develops problem solutions by describing requirements in a workflowchart and diagram; studying system capabilities; analysing alternative solutions; preparing system specifications; writing programs
  • Maintains systems by researching and resolving problems; maintaining system integrity
  • Review business process and company policies to help enhance work flow and develop operational standards
  • To work with Sourcing/Production/Customer Services ensuring products and programs are launched with achievable delivery dates.
  • General day to day tasks to support the smooth running of the Operations team.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR Influencing, negotiating skills.

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel at an advanced level (ability to develop modelling tools and manage reports).
  • Able to think and act crossfunctionally as well as communicate consistently with the needs of the business.
  • Number and analytical driven.
  • Experience using SAP.
  • Experience of working within a supply chain is desirable.
