Description

• Manage and coordinate finishing processes to meet production schedules and quality standards
• Supervise finishing team members, providing guidance and support as needed
• Inspect finished products to ensure they meet specifications and quality requirements
• Implement and maintain safety protocols in the finishing area
• Collaborate with other departments to optimize production flow and resolve any issues that may arise
• Monitor inventory levels of finishing supplies and equipment, initiating orders as necessary

• Previous experience in a supervisory or management role within a manufacturing or production environment
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
• Knowledge of finishing techniques, equipment, and processes
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field preferred

• Monday to Friday

• Construction: 2 years (preferred)

• CSCS (preferred)
• Driving Licence (preferred)
