A dedicated, engaging and experienced HR professional is required to join a highly respected business.

As a
Multi-site Senior HR Advisor you and you will provide HR advice and support to business leaders, managers and teams within the organisation, across 3 sites in Stevenage, Tring and Luton.


As well as being a trusted partner within the business you will act as a sounding board to the business's leaders and the central HR team.

As a
Multi-site Senior HR Advisor you will ultimately be responsible for:

  • Working with the central HR team to deliver best fit HR solutions that will drive businesses capability, structure and culture. Enabling the organisation to meet their business goals
  • Provide exceptional support across a whole range of activities within the employee lifecycle
  • Become the business's go to person when it comes to all matters relating to HR
  • Advising and coaching the leadership and management teams on your sites, in all aspects of people management and the performance management process
  • Providing expert, commercial and flexible technical HR advice that ensures company policy, procedures, regulations and standards are met. As well as continually monitoring these standards
  • Identifying, coordinating and supporting the training and development process, in order to develop the business managers/colleagues within their current roles and provide stretch for our upandcoming talent
  • Assist the enhancement of colleague engagement, welfare and wellbeing
  • Working closely with key stakeholders to ensure effective implementation and communication of plans and projects
  • Communicating key and updated legislation to all business leaders as required
  • Dealing with, managing and resolving complex ER issues
  • Proven experience in providing professional commercial advice across a range of HR issues to key internal and external stakeholders.
  • Experience of partnering with senior business leaders and managers
  • To be a member of CIPD or equivalent accreditation or qualification (ideally Level 5)
  • Great communication skills with an ability to engage and influence with a wide range of stakeholders
  • Experience of dealing with complex and sensitive employee relation issues
  • Proven ability to mentor and manage others
  • Previous experience of using HR management systems
  • Strong commercial awareness
