Description
Provide a professional and efficient administration service for our client to support the operational team in delivering maintenance services.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Liaising with building users & tenants to arrange appointments and access
- To record accurate information on jobs from engineers, subcontractors and clients.
- To ensure all systems are kept updated with required information
- Allocate the right subcontractors to reactive work, based on skills, availability and locality to ensure we meet appointment times.
- Ordering materials and equipment as required and recording information on the job management system
- To carry out customer satisfaction surveys to building users post work completion
- Supporting the resource controller to plan and deliver the day by sending the right operatives and subcontractors, ensuring operatives and subcontractors arrive on time and in the most costeffective manner.
- Deputise the role of a Resource Controller potentially at short notice to cover holidays, sickness or any other period of absence that may require the support of the role.
- Office Management tasks including stationery, equipment and welfare items ordering and liaising with contractors as required
- Administration tasks updating key contract documents
- Ensure issues are being captured and feedback to the Resource Controller/ Hard FM Manager.
- Any other tasks as reasonably requested by the Resource Controller
PREFERRABLE EXPEREINCE AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Good working knowledge of MS Office including Word and Excel with accurate keyboard skills
- Basic knowledge of building maintenance trades and the tasks/activities that can be
- Good understanding of Geographical areas including streets, buildings, finding the best routes, and travel times between different locations (Desirable)
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
- GCSE or Equivalent in Qualification in Maths and English.
- NVQ in business administration or equivalent (Desirable)

Hours - 40 per week
Pay £24,500
