Up to £22,000 per annum DOE plus Veolia benefits

Hours:40 hours per week Monday - Friday

What will you be doing?

  • Provide a resolution in line with agreed KPIs, including 90% of all enquiries acknowledged and responded within 4 hours.
  • Positively impact our overall customer satisfaction scores and encourage retention.
  • Conduct customer reviews for feedback and support your team to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Provide rates and quotations, information on proof of collections, assist on invoice enquiries, and any other general queries.
  • Support the business in achieving targeted growth by upselling and crossselling additional services.
  • Build positive working relationships with other teams across the business e.g sales teams, service centres and credit administration teams.
  • Follow the agreed processes for all tasks associated with the role and provide feedback on existing processes through reviews of procedures to ensure continuous improvement of services.
  • Adhere to GDPR legislation with regard to the processing of personal and confidential information.

What are we looking for?

  • Proven call centre experience handling high volumes of inbound calls.
  • A commitment to providing an excellent customer service experience.
  • GCSE in Maths and English C+ or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good negotiating and influencing skills.
  • Good attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
  • Proven ability to work under pressure.
  • Able to work as part of a team.
  • Working knowledge of Google Office Applications and willingness to learn new systems.
  • Good planning and organisational skills.
  • Business and commercial awareness.
