This might be achieved by:

Strategy

• Collaboratively develop a marketing strategy with Sales Director, Managing Director and other key stakeholders

- develop, plan and implement marketing activities in line with the marketing strategy


Content Estate Development and Management

• Conduct internal and external surveys, and customer interviews
• Effectively utilise PPC and SEO to drive customer engagement
• Good knowledge of SEO tools such as SEMrush, Tag manager & Search Console. Indepth experience with website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)

Campaign Execution

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to build and optimize marketing programs in our marketing systems
• Maintain marketing calendar of planned campaigns to ensure we're properly targeting our audience segments
• Establish and maintain scalable processes that ensure best practices in campaign optimization, execution, and tracking
• Perform extensive QA activities across systems prior to campaign deployment
• Be the Subject Matter Expert on Marketing Automation and Operations best practices
• Research
• Manage marketing database including list imports and clean up, audience segmentation, and subscription management
• Define and build target account lists for all marketing campaigns to ensure marketing efforts are focused on the right audience
• Lead the maintenance and enhancement of data through data cleanliness and data governance efforts; improve data quality results by identifying and determining best practices and system improvements
• Experience building and managing data compliance and privacy programs (GDPR. CASL, CCPA, etc) to ensure marketing and sales data adheres to Enable's Privacy and Compliance Policy Guidelines
• Manage account targets and ensure highest quality targets are in our CRM system

Development

We will help you develop into Subject Matter Experts on key marketing systems within the company and provide relevant inhouse and external training.
