    Senior Executive Assistant / Supporting HNW Founder / CEO - Corporate / Luxury

    Location: London - You must also live in London.

    We are seeking an exceptionally organised, proactive, and discreet Full-Time
    Executive Assistant
    to provide comprehensive support to a
    HNW Founder / CEO of a Corporate , Global, Luxury Driven Private Equity Portfolio spanning Retail and Real Estate.

    This is a high profile role within the team, requiring a highly dependable individual who can anticipate needs, manage multiple priorities with grace, and maintain the utmost confidentiality.

    You will provide strategic direction, advice and counsel to the CEO, liaise closely with the operations team and work on high profile events including investor roadshows & conferences

    The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated self-starter with a 'can-do' attitude, capable of managing both professional and personal administrative tasks, in addition to mentoring a junior PA.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Extensive Diary and Calendar Management:
      Proactive scheduling, rescheduling, and coordination of complex personal and professional appointments, meetings, and travel itineraries (domestic and international) for the family.
    • Travel Coordination:
      Researching, booking, and managing all aspects of travel, including flights, accommodation, transportation, and visa applications.
    • Communication Management:
      Screening and managing all correspondence; drafting professional communications on behalf of the CEO
    • Event Planning:
      Assisting with the organisation of high profile events
    • Research & Project Support:
      Conducting research on various topics, preparing presentations, and assisting with ad-hoc projects as required.
    • Discretion & Confidentiality:
      Upholding the highest levels of discretion, professionalism, and confidentiality at all times.
    • Mentoring a Junior PA
    • supporting, nurturing developing them as required

    Required Skills & Experience:

    • Ideally some proven experience as EA supporting a high-net-worth individual or senior executive within a corporate environment such as
      luxury real estate investment/asset management
    • Exceptional organisational and time management skills with an acute attention to detail.
    • Proactive and resourceful with the ability to anticipate needs and problem-solve independently.
    • High level of discretion, integrity, and trustworthiness.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a small team (if applicable).
    • Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and schedule
    • Fluent in English (additional languages a bonus French)
