Description
We have an exciting opportunity working remotely within the Customer Service Centre, where you will be responsible for assisting our customers in onboarding and configuring the Learning Management System - Trainingportal - software solution.
You will work closely with customers to identify their training and competence needs from the system, implement this in the most effective way, provide training and have regular follow ups until successful delivery.
Desired Experience and Skills:
Some of your responsibilities will include
- Become an expert in our platform and demonstrate this to our customers.
- Facilitate customer onboarding with training and guidance on the Learning Management platform.
- Meet with customers to identify training and competence requirements.
- Work with the customer to deliver the configure training platform.
- Update and maintain the customers Training & Competency records.
- Implement assigned tasks from Senior Product Consultant.
We'd like you to have
- Experience in a customer facing role
- Desire to create documentation for internal and customer use
- Experience in supporting the use of online systems
- Good commercial awareness in the Oil & Gas and Maritime industries.
- Highly organized and detailoriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
