We currently have two new and exciting job opportunities as Engagement Officers to join our collaborative, supportive and customer-focused programme.

We are looking to recruit up to 2.

0FTE (full-time equivalents) who will be responsible for contributing to programme objectives and will primarily focus on one of the two areas below:


  • Residential (Strengthening Referrals, Data Sharing, Free School Meals and other Residential funded projects)
  • Digital Inclusion & Capabilities


Both roles will support the wider programme, including the Business workstream and will work closely together in our 'one programme' approach.

The role is considered by KCC to be a customer-facing position.

The Council therefore has a statutory duty under Part 7 of the Immigration Act to ensure that post holders have a command of spoken English/Welsh sufficient for the effective performance of the job requirements.

The appropriate standards are set out in the Job Description/Person Specification.

Interviews are scheduled to take place from 7th September 2023.
