The Role
Keen to continue the profitable growth and development of the UK market, our client is looking to appoint a "hands on" and ambitious Sales Manager, to capitalise on significant market opportunities and growth potential within the Food and Logistics sectorsin the UK.
Key Responsibilities of the position include:
- Along with the Sales Director to develop and implement the company's commercial strategy and business plan for the UK.
- To drive the Sales team to new levels of performance and to exceed challenging but realistic sales, market share and profit targets.
- To play a key role in influencing and negotiating with demanding and challenging stakeholders within Blue-Chip key accounts.
The Person
- A proven sales professional and manmanger, with current experience of selling industrial products and solutions into the Food and/or Logistics sectors.
- A strong communicator and influencer, a role model for exceptional sales performance who is dedicated to ensuring that the team is trained, motivated and fully equipped to achieve their objectives.
- Commercially astute with a structured and professional approach, with an aptitude for identifying and growing talent, with a solid track record of training and developing people.
