The Role

Keen to continue the profitable growth and development of the UK market, our client is looking to appoint a "hands on" and ambitious Sales Manager, to capitalise on significant market opportunities and growth potential within the Food and Logistics sectorsin the UK.

Key Responsibilities of the position include:

Along with the Sales Director to develop and implement the company's commercial strategy and business plan for the UK.
To drive the Sales team to new levels of performance and to exceed challenging but realistic sales, market share and profit targets.
To play a key role in influencing and negotiating with demanding and challenging stakeholders within Blue-Chip key accounts.

The Person

A proven sales professional and manmanger, with current experience of selling industrial products and solutions into the Food and/or Logistics sectors.
A strong communicator and influencer, a role model for exceptional sales performance who is dedicated to ensuring that the team is trained, motivated and fully equipped to achieve their objectives.
Commercially astute with a structured and professional approach, with an aptitude for identifying and growing talent, with a solid track record of training and developing people.
