Description

You will be working on blanker machines, cutting blanks from printed reels ensuring that quality and traceability procedures are maintained and targets are met.

Key activities will include:
- start up job for dye cutting machine and robot system
- managing pallets into and out of the area
- managing workflow and activities in line with the Cut Plan
- reel change activities
- quality control, highlighting any quality defects or poor performance of equipment
- cleaning activity as part of preventative maintenance and H&S
- completion of daily production reports
- update stock system and printing of stock identification labels
- working in line with the company approach to continuous improvement and 5S

If you previous experience as an operator, enjoy working as part of a team and can demonstrate a positive approach to problem solving then we would love to hear from you.

The role does involve shift working which attracts an additional paid shift allowance of 15%

Salary £20,954.25 plus £3,143.17 Shift Allowance
