A local housing association in Walsall is looking for a Lettings Officer to join their team initially for 8 Months (potential for extension)

Lettings Officer

Walsall

Mon-Fri 37hours a week (Office based) flexible working hours

8 Month Contract Potential for Extension

£13-17 via umbrella

Main Duties and responsibilities:

To manage the waiting list and archiving of tenancy files.
Dealing with customer queries face to face and over the telephone.

Knowledge & Experience:

Experience of compiling and maintaining accurate written, computerised and statistical records
Experience of working in a customer focused service delivery environment
