We're pleased to be partnering an established organisation based in Bristol to recruit an Accounts Assistant.

Our client is a fast-growing business that is seeking an enthusiastic, keen to learn individual who will join their Bristol based office 5 days aweek.


Responsibilities of the Accounts Assistant will include:

  • Daily banking of cash, cheques, card transactions and electronic transactions
  • Maintenance of the management system
  • Bank statement reconciliations
  • Reconciliation of balance sheet accounts
  • Control of petty cash and related postings
  • Production of adhoc invoices
  • Code and post supplier invoices
  • Assist with the coding and posting of expense claims
  • Undertake adhoc financial projects as the need arises

The successful Accounts Assistant will require the following skill and experience:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Good organisational and communication skills
You are required to be eligible to work in the UK full time without restriction.
