Hybrid home and office based (Milton Keynes)


Salary:
£22,000 - £26,000 plus bonus


Energy Services Administrator Duties:


Joining our dynamic Energy Services team as an Energy Services Administrator your primary focus will be the data collection and support tasks to contribute to Energy Services order delivery.

You will build great customer relationships helping you to obtainthe required data and other information to support the delivery of our products and services.


This is a hybrid office and home-based role, working 2 days a week in our Milton Keynes office you will be supported by the whole Energy Services Team and work in a collaborative way on projects, utilising best in class remote working tools to be as productiveas possible.

You will be provided with a home office IT setup including a laptop and multiple screens.


You will also work to support our sales team to quantify opportunities and support the tender and sales quote process.


A key aspect of all roles in the Energy Services team is to input into the improvement and enhancement of all our products and services and help bring new products to market.

The ability to leverage on our smart back-office systems and processes, workingas a team, gives us a real competitive advantage in the fast growing energy and carbon management market.


Energy Services Administrator Requirements:


  • 2 years'+ experience in administration and customer care
  • Excellent communication skills with proven outbound call experience
  • Data processing skills with high level of attention to detail
  • Qualified to A-Level or equivalent
