The Role
You'll be in a great position to make a big impact right from the off. The fact we're a small team means a willingness to contribute across all our activities is essential.

A positive problem-solving attitude is crucial, as is attention to detail, and an interest in commercially-focused B2B marketing, business and growth.


You will be an aspiring T shaped marketer with an intermediate level of expertise and skills in one of the team's key specialism areas.

You will understand end-to-end campaign planning set up, management, and reporting.

You will have an understanding of the different tiers of ABX/ABM marketing and will be able to collaboratively manage 1:
Many and 1:Few campaigns with support of the broader team and specialists.

You will display a keen learning agility and a desire to gain proficiency across our broad technical toolset and will contribute to brainstorming and strategy from time to time.

What you'll be doing

  • Execution of strategy across digital advertising and campaigns with intermediate skills utilising tech stack.
  • Execution and management of a key project (Events, Newsletters, Podcasts, Content Production, Campaign etc)
  • Supporting campaign plans for 1:Few and 1:Many campaigns
  • Supporting research for 1:1 campaigns
  • Collaboration with key stakeholders
  • Training and development of marketing executive to work alongside you
  • Oversee campaign set up for marketing executives
  • Maintenance and upkeep of sales enablement platforms
  • Pulling data and supporting on reporting activity
  • Upskilling and training, working under specialists in a key specialism

  • Ad Platform Mastery (Social, Programmatic & Display, SEM)

About you / requirements for the role

  • Experienced in marketing and/or content creation and delivery (2 years minimum, preferably B2B or agencyside)
  • Demonstrates high emotional intelligence in dealings with team members and other stakeholders
  • Omnichannel campaign execution experience
  • Commerciallyminded
  • Selfmotivated and proactive
  • Pays attention to detail
  • Calm under pressure
