Temporary Family Leave Cover Role - up to 15 months (ideally starting June 2023)
Reporting to the HR Manager, you will oversee and manage a small team to provide an excellent HR service to our Leeds Head Office and the wider office network.
- HR and firm-wide projects to improve efficiencies.
- supporting managers with succession planning, identifying new talent pipelines.
You will have autonomy to promote the firm's vision and values by working with the senior management team to drive change and the continued growth of Redmayne Bentley.
What you'll do
In this role, you'll:
- Deliver trusted, pragmatic HR advice on ER and operational issues across the firm.
- Oversee the HR team within all areas of their work to achieve team objectives.
- Provide effective management of the endtoend processes of the employee lifecycle.
- Support the HR Manager with strategic initiatives and projects within a timely manner.
- Collaborate with other team managers and colleagues to embed business initiatives.
- Hold regular HR Clinics with line managers across the firm.
- Complete and provide Monthly Reports to the HR Manager.
- Report on changes in HR legislation and update policies and procedures.
What we're looking for
- Educated to degree level.
- CIPD Level 5 qualified is desirable.
- Strong HR advisory experience within a generalist role.
- People management and recruitment experience.
- Experience of analysing and reporting on HR metrics.
Salary:
£35,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
