Working in a part time roles (22.5 hours per week) + office in Leeds city centre

  • Hybrid working 1 or 2 days per week from home

About Our Client:


My client is within the Legal industry and they are looking to expand their team and hire a Credit Controller, part time, for 22.5 hours per week, who will be responsible for the daily workings of the collection of aged fees.


  • Collection of Private Fees that are outside the remit of Junior/outsourced Fees Credit Control
  • Managing the Fee Queries from Solicitors/Firms
  • Collection of Fees requested directly from members
  • Dealing with payment queries
  • Supporting the Fees Credit Control Manager with Key Account Customers and ad hoc fees
  • Working alongside our external Fee Collections Team
  • Management of payment plans
  • Supporting the Fees Team with any ad hoc tasks
  • Provide Fee Collection Reporting
  • Supervise Fee Collections clerks, first step of escalation process
  • Support the Fes Credit Control Manager with any inteam training requirements

The Successful Applicant:


  • Credit Control experience for a minimum of 2 years
  • Professional demeanour
  • Excellent time keeping
  • Excellent phone skills
  • Maths and English at GCSE level
  • IT Literate (MS Office)
  • Experience of with LEX system is desirable but not essential
