The WonderBar is the ultimate Newcastle venue situated in the heart of the City Centre in the premier leisure destination - The Gate.

With food and drink, interactive darts, dancing, and live sports, all under one roof, The WonderBar has lots to offer, and events are a big part of the social calendar.


An exciting opportunity has arisen, The WonderBar are now recruiting for an experienced Kitchen Assistant to come and join our team.

As an experienced Cook or Chef, you will work alongside the Head Chef within a thriving kitchen.


We are looking for someone who is happy to work in a fast-paced environment, with previous experience of working as a Chef.


You will need excellent communication and organisational skills, have impeccable standards of cleanliness and be able to work on your own initiative as well as part of a team.

The position is full time, however part time hours will be considered. Applicants must be available to work evenings and weekends and throughout the festive period including New Years Eve and Day (we are closed Christmas Day)
