XPO Logistics are looking for a Contract Supervisor for our Nissan contract in Lutterworth to lead the late shift. This is your opportunity to take charge of a busy and unique warehouse operation. Working across Monday to Friday, 14.30pm to 23.00pm, you'll be comfortable challenging process and driving the operation forwards - does this sound like something for you?

Pay, benefits and more:

We're looking to offer a salary of up to £28,000 per annum. In addition, we offer 25 days holiday (plus bank holidays), as well as the option to buy additional days.

What you'll do on a typical day:

Take overall responsibility for the day to day running of the late shift function, including the relationship with the customer.
Manage compliance for sitebased fleet.
Drive standards for operational compliance and health and safety
To achieve KPIs set by the business and customer also producing reports to show results and action plans for failures.
Get involved in HR activity, including incident investigations, disciplinaries and performance management
Overseeing our outbound warehouse team and any drivers onsite (Team of 10 plus adhoc)

What you need to succeed at XPO:
A background in transport and warehouse leadership.

Ideally, you'll have worked in a 3PL environment and understand customer needs
Excellent IT Skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Effective communication skills (Verbal and written)
Ability to work under pressure and react quickly to changes.
