Pickfords has a Partnership programme, which develops relationships with other companies that recommend Pickfords as a preferred supplier. This role is ideal for someone looking for their first 9-5 role, and with some experience in customer service.

Our Partnership Co-ordinator, based in Manchester, is the front line for customers who are recommended through this channel.

Responsibilities include dealing with incoming enquiries, speaking to customers on the telephone, booking appointments and answering questions about moving home.

The Partnership Co-ordinator will also introduce additional services to Pickfords' customers to drive new revenue streams.

Pickfords will provide full training for this role.
