We're hiring for a Paid Search Executive as part of iProspect in Manchester.

Purpose of the Role

Key Responsibilities

Independently carry out day to day optimisation & maximisation.
Gather data, generate reports and carry out advanced performance analysis, checking data accuracy at every stage.
Challenge & interrogate briefs, ensuring delivery is of the highest standard, on time and in line with agency values.
Responsible for quality of all work output for your accounts, ensuring that it conforms to agency best practice and continually review and suggest changes to tactics based on current performance and impact on campaign goals & KPIs.
Contribute to client meetings, ensuring client goals are met
Accurately forecast potential delivery and ROI for existing clients.

Qualifications + Skills

Experience with implementation of paid search campaigns (including PPC)
A high degree of numeracy and literacy, able to use data to drive campaign performance
Ability to identify issues and be proactive in producing solutions
Effective analytical and problem solving skills with strong attention to detail.
Effective communication skills, able to present data to a wide variety of audiences
Great time management skills, the ability to multitask; the ability to work under pressure and with short deadlines.
Highly literate in MS excel, PowerPoint and Word.

This is a permanent role. The team is based in our Manchester office but operates under flexible working arrangements. Currently the team are in the Manchester office every Wednesday.
