Are you an experienced data analyst looking for a new and exciting challenge?
Our reputable client based in North Derbyshire are looking to hire a Workflow Data Analyst to join their growing business.
To be considered for the role, you'll require the following essentials:
- Previous experience in data analysis forecasting/workload management
- Knowleagable in the use of Salesforce, Vonage and Power BI
- Advanced user of MS Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong analytical skills ability to understand trends and produce accurate forecasting
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise workload
Within this position, you'll be:
- Providing accurate and critical analysis of workflow demands and customer trends
- Collating and analysing data
- Providing accurate reporting of planned and forecasted workflows
- Working with primary and forcasted data to deliver reports and calculations
- Liaising with the senior team to provide a forecast and delivery of preplanned work
- Creating an effective forecast for delivery of volumes
- Providing data and insight into resource capabilities against demand
- Creating an effective schedule for preplanned workload
- Tracking call flow, booking trends, preferences and responses by geographical area, work type and volume
- Creating accurate reporting, dashboards, and data sets to support the effective planning of maintenance and customer contact schedules
- Utilising Salesforce, Vonage, Excel, and Power BI reporting to identify opportunities and areas for business development
Salary is £29,300 per annum plus bonus
Working hours are Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5pm
