Job Overview:
Full Time Service Advisor required for busy independent garage in Dalgety Bay


We are looking for a self starter who can assist the business owners with the day to day tasks in the company, this will be across both the office and the workshop, you will be required to take a more leading role if the business owners are not on site.

Experience of the motor trade industry within a workshop environment and with some mechanical knowledge is preferred

With strong administration skills,


Experience of customer care, excellent communication skills-both written & verbal, excellent organisation skills with the ability to stay calm under pressure and work well within a team environment whilst also having the skills to work well using your own initiative.

Role will include but is not limited to

Ordering supplies & parts

Organising parts

Dealing with telephone enquiries

Face to face customer relations

Cash Handling & card transactions

Providing Quotes

Contacting suppliers

Dealing with returns

Booking in jobs

Creating Invoices

Organising job diary and job cards and liaising with mechanics to assign workloads

Liaising with customers to provide updates and costs

ongoing awareness of what is happening within the office and the workshop


Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Pay:
£13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 45 per week
