We are looking to recruit TAs to work with our schools across the area and working with an Agency is an excellent way to broaden your portfolio and work in different settings until you find the perfect role

Responsibilities:

Provide support to teachers and students in the classroom, ensuring a conducive learning environment.
Assist with lesson preparations and classroom activities, promoting student engagement and progress.
Support students with additional needs on a 1:1 basis, including those with autism, ADHD, and more complex requirements.
Foster a positive and inclusive atmosphere, nurturing social and emotional development.
Adhere to school policies and guidelines while maintaining a safe and respectful learning environment.

Requirements:

Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant or working with children is preferred but not necessary a good personality and willing to develop and learn on the job goes a long way
A flexible and adaptable approach, able to thrive in diverse educational settings.
Good communication skills to collaborate effectively with teachers and students.
A passion for education and a desire to inspire young minds.
