Town and Country Estate Agents are pleased to be offering an opportunity to join our team in the Norfolk Broads.

The position will be initially based in our Acle office with the opportunity to progress into our latest office in Martham which is currently under refurbishment.

A full UK driving licence and a car is essential for this opportunity.

We are looking for a well presented, friendly and organised person, who is willing to learn and would like to have a long term career with us.

For the right individuals this is an amazing opportunity to join a young but rapidly growing estate agency which has doubled in the last 12 months.

Experience maybe an advantage but is not essential as full training is provided and a willingness to learn is essential.

The role will be varied and diverse with the opportunity to progress their career either into lettings, auctions, social media, photography or management with a structured career path.

The day to day tasks will involved with dealing with enquiries, answering the phones, general admin, speaking to buyers and sellers, booking and conducting viewings, arranging valuations, assisting sales progression, booking mortgage appointments and solicitor referrals.

Assisting growing the business and helping generate new business opportunities.

A customer service background would be an advantage as we pride ourselves on offering the best customer experience.

We offer office commission to all team members to create a strong team environment. We offer other incentives and bonus's as well.

The hours are Monday to Friday 9AM to 5.30PM and every other Saturday 10AM-2.30PM from time to time you may be required to work additional hours as the business needs.

The business is independently owned and will be expanding further across Norfolk and the East Of England.


Salary:
£20,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
