Description

We are currently recruiting on behalf of our clients, a high-spec new homes builders near Thetford, for an experienced Site Manager on a temp-to-permanent basis.

The role will be managing a small site of 5 properties that has been progressing throughoutthe year.

However, there is still some work required until April or May 2023 and the role could be made more permanent.

Working hours:

As a Site Manager, you'll be required to work Monday - Friday Part-Time

The successful Site Manager will be offered:

£24
£27 per hour depending on the level of experience

To be considered for the Site Manager role you must have:

Previous experience in this role
Experience in interior trades and finishing a residential site
SMSST and first aid certificate
Full UK driving licence

As a Site Manager your role will involve:

Managing a small site of 5 properties
Managing a team of site workers
Able to get stuck in with any ad hoc duties as required
Coordinate trades onsite, making sure each one has timely updates
Placing orders with the office for materials
Update programs as required with weekly updates
