Team Leader (Corporate)


We are working with our client, a leading Broker, to source a Team Leader to their team in the North West London region.


This role will involve leading and supervising the Corporate department of the business providing team management by action and skill.


Key Responsibilities of the role will include:

  • Being a technical point of reference for the team.
  • Mentoring and developing other members of the team whilst supporting the Head of Broking.
  • Work closely with the management team to collaboratively resolve issues, improve processes, develop self and drive performance.
  • Have the ability to network effectively and proactively.
