Compliance Manager


Venn Group are working with a London-based NHS Trust to recruit a Compliance Manager to support the Estates and Facilities teams.


Rate:
£26-£32/h (Inside IR35)

Length: 6 months +


Location:
London

  • Leading on all matter relating to auditing and ensuring the Trust and its partners are fully compliant in all relevant practices, including HTMs and PAM
  • Preparing regular detailed reports on Estates Compliance matters for monthly reports and present the information at appropriate meetings and committees
  • Maintaining a knowledge of relevant legislations, statutory obligations, and Trust Policies and Procedures
  • Updating infrastructure records, commission, undertake and manage audits and surveys as required
  • Using CAFM (Planet), MiCAD, PAM and other systems to monitor Hard FM Services and associated performance for allocated zone against agreed standards and objectives
  • Experience in management within an estates or facilities environment
  • Working knowledge of technical guidance, legislation and statutory obligations
  • Excellent Building Services engineering specialist knowledge
