Our client is a well-established construction firm with an excellent reputation that specialises in delivering high-quality projects across the UK.
About the Role:
This is a part time or full time role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the main point of contact for residents during programmed works
- Deal with complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
- Build positive relationships with residents, stakeholders, and contractors
- Ensure that all work is carried out to the highest standard
- Liaise with internal teams to ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions with residents and stakeholders
- Attend meetings and provide regular updates on project progress
Key Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Empathy and understanding towards residents' needs
- Previous experience in a similar role (construction background desirable)
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage competing priorities
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Valid driving license

- Manage and grow existing client accounts through effective account management techniques
- Meet or exceed sales targets on a regular basis
- Utilise Salesforce or other CRM tools to track and manage client interactions

Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 24 per week
Salary:
£24,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
