Our client is a well-established construction firm with an excellent reputation that specialises in delivering high-quality projects across the UK.


About the Role:
This is a part time or full time role.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the main point of contact for residents during programmed works
  • Deal with complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Build positive relationships with residents, stakeholders, and contractors
  • Ensure that all work is carried out to the highest standard
  • Liaise with internal teams to ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions with residents and stakeholders
  • Attend meetings and provide regular updates on project progress

Key Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Empathy and understanding towards residents' needs
  • Previous experience in a similar role (construction background desirable)
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage competing priorities
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Valid driving license

Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Part-time hours: 24 per week


Salary:
£24,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
