IT Support Technician

Salary - £28,000 - £32,000

Location - Gloucester

As the IT Support Analyst, you will be required to:

  • Provide 1st and 2nd line support to on-site and remote users.
  • Maintain and support end user hardware, operating systems, and client software.
  • Maintain and support IT Infrastructure equipment (physical and virtual servers, Mobile devices, Network switches, Firewall access points, phone systems)
  • Maximising use of Azure and Office 36
  • Troubleshooting and resolving queries
  • Experience of Oracle or SQL database would be desirable.
The IT Support Technician should have the following skills or experience:

  • A minimum of 2 year's experience in IT support experience
  • 1st and 2nd line support experience
  • Experience in an Infrastructure environment
  • Excellent problemsolving skills.
  • Experience supporting a mixture of hardware and software vendors and platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Excellent communication skills
