In this role, you will be a key interface with the customers and build trusting relationships that can stand the test of a developing market.

You will endeavor to maintain and enhance customer satisfaction by ensuring that customer requirements and targetsare met, providing excellent service at every stage of the project.

Description
Achieving first line case diagnosis and remote fixes where possible.

Assign remote engineers to reactive breakdown and preventative planned interventions.

Building strong relationships with customers, colleagues and stakeholders managing the case load of reactive and commissioning works required.

Supporting Service Partners to ensure best practices in cost control, resource efficiency and Health, Safety & Environment (HSE)

Analyzing and addressing Chargers, and improving network/IB uptime

Working with other functions to coordinate contract negotiations and claims with customers

Profile

Relevant experience in EV Charging or High Power/3 phase environments, working as Technical Support Engineer with a Servicerelated environment in the Electrical Engineering market.
Demonstrated experience in knowledge of electrical systems/diagrams and a good programming background are helpful.
Proven track record of building customer relationships.
Knowledge of Salesforce/SAP and other similar workforce planning platforms
A collaborative, solutionfocused approach, and strong written and spoken communication skills
Strong English Language skill.

Current Full Driving License valid in UK.
