ICS (UK) LTD is a well established company specializing in the distribution of catering products and packaging.

Our location in the geographical heart of the United Kingdom, allows us to successfully distribute our range of ambient, frozen and refrigerated products.

To ensure effective delivery of the Company's goals, which are to serve our customers promptly and accurately. To ensure, that the Warehouse area is always kept presentable with due consideration to Health & Safety. To ensue all goods are unloaded within the specified period and that frozen and perishable products are stored immediately.

CUSTOMER CARE _

To assist customers in locating products
Offer advice where possible on products and prices.
To deal with customer queries by directing them to appropriate Supervisor/Manager
To ensure the Cash & Carry is clean and presentable at all times.

ORDER PICKING_

To pick orders as per the picking list within agreed timescale.
Order shortage due to shortage of goods should be immediately brought to the attention of the supervisor / sales team.
Differences in actual order and picking list should be clearly marked with code, description, brand names and quantity of products that have been added or deleted within agreed timescale.
All goods picked should be securely stacked, palletized if appropriate and clearly labelled if applicable.
To pick goods from designated areas.

Salary:
£10.42 per hour
