Modplan Ltd is a log standing and successful apprenticeship employer based in Abercarn and has an exciting opportunities for an individual within the Maintenance Engineering Department.

The successful applicant will have:
- have achieved NVQ Level 2 in Performing Engineering Operations
- be working toward, or have completed, Level 3 Electrical and Electronic Engineering at college

• Have at least Grade C in GCSE Maths, English and Sciences

We will provide a 3 year validated apprentice training programme with an external training provider for the individual to achieve advanced, internationally recognised engineering qualifications and a high level of engineering skills.

Training will be provided through a combination of on the job skills development and experience, alongside day release at college to gain higher level electrical engineering qualifications.

The rate of pay advertised is that of National Minimum Wage for a person aged The rate of pay will be adjusted to meet National Minimum Wage if the successful applicant should fall into a higher age bracket.
