Sales Administrator

Location - Handsworth Sheffield (on-site parking)

Salary - £20/24K

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Administrator to join a successful Construction Design/FM Company based in Handsworth Sheffield.

What we are looking for

Previous Customer Service/Administrative experience
A confident communicator who thrives within a reactive role and can handle incoming queries
Proven experience in working to deadlines
Proficiency with the MS office suite

What you'll do

Be the first point of contact for escalations and be able to take reasonable steps to resolve the issue within agreed timescales and in a professional manner
Liaise with Engineers
Updating Quotes

This role will suit confident and articulate individuals who are keen to deliver the highest levels of customer service together with the provision of first-class administration support
